"Jacksonโs characters and their heart-wrenching story linger long after the final page, urging readers to advocate for those who are disenfranchised and forgotten by society and the system." (Publishers Weekly, "An Anti-Racist Children's and YA Reading List")
From the critically acclaimed author of Allegedly, Tiffany D. Jackson, comes a gripping novel about the mystery of one teenage girlโs disappearance and the traumatic effects of the truth.
Monday Charles is missing, and only Claudia seems to notice. Claudia and Monday have always been inseparableโmore sisters than friends. So, when Monday doesnโt turn up for the first day of school, Claudiaโs worried.
When she doesnโt show for the second day, or second week, Claudia knows that something is wrong. Monday wouldnโt just leave her to endure tests and bullies alone. Not after last yearโs rumors and not with her grades on the line. Now Claudia needs her bestโand onlyโfriend more than ever. But Mondayโs mother refuses to give Claudia a straight answer, and Mondayโs sister April is even less help.
As Claudia digs deeper into her friendโs disappearance, she discovers that no one seems to remember the last time they saw Monday. How can a teenage girl just vanish without anyone noticing that sheโs gone?"
B-RANDS REVIEW: 5/5 Diaries

Hello, Fellow Bookworms!
Thank you so much for stopping by to check out my latest book review!
This book is without a doubt a book that I think about all the time. Tiffany Jackson's style of writing brings you in like you are a friend of Claudia and it's your friend that is also missing. I just found myself in the apartment complexes also looking for my " friend". The frustration of being a kid and not getting the recognition for your missing best friend had me angry. I don't want to share too much just in case you decide to pick up this book and see what I'm talking about. It was a book that left my jaw on the floor. I couldn't stop crying. Love ya Monday. I highly, highly suggest reading this book.
What would you do if your friend is missing?
I'd do anything and everything to find her/him.
I wouldn't worry until maybe a month of no contact.
